FlexCare
Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, Web Design
2024
FlexCare is a nationwide leader in travel nursing and allied health staffing. As the company matured, its visual identity no longer reflected the premium experience it aimed to deliver. I led a complete brand refresh to reposition FlexCare from a transactional staffing agency to a trusted, long-term healthcare partner. The goal was to build a system that communicates clarity, confidence, and care while supporting a highly personalized clinician experience.
To achieve this, I built a flexible design system that replaces sterile healthcare conventions with a warmer, more human approach. Anchored by adaptable logo usage and a vibrant Aubergine-led color palette, every element was strategically developed for scale. This foundational architecture carried directly into a full website redesign. The resulting digital system creates a more structured, intuitive user experience and provides a unified framework that scales effortlessly across marketing and product touchpoints.
FlexCare Brand Book
The Starting Point
FlexCare's visual language was fragmented by outdated illustrations, bright gradients and stock imagery. This created an aesthetic that felt tacky and disconnected from current trends and our the target deographic.

A Flexable and Scalable Brand System
Presenting initial concepts to the marketing committee allowed for a collaborative synthesis of the most resonant marks and colors. This stakeholder-led refinement ensured the final direction hit the desired balance of trust and organizational transformation.
