NATHO’s visual identity had remained unchanged for nearly 20 years, contributing to market perceptions of the organization as outdated and less than relevant within the modern healthcare landscape. This aging identity created a critical need for a strategic repositioning to transform NATHO into a "trusted" and "foundational" presence. The goal was to develop an image that better reflected the organization's role as a unifying support structure for the businesses it serves, ensuring that members felt a sense of pride and professional alignment with the brand.

I led the development of a comprehensive identity system designed to "true up" the organization’s visual expression to current business norms. By establishing a scalable framework—spanning a refined logo mark, a color-inclusive palette, and a modernized typographic set—I created a system that balances institutional authority with the vibrancy of healthcare delivery. This resulting foundation was built to support long-term digital consistency, membership growth, and cross-platform application.
